Junior renewal applications will only be accepted BEFORE 28 February. Any application received after February will be automatically rejected.

Only active members can apply for a renewal. If you are not an active member (i.e member of the club for the current year) you have to apply as a NEW member.

Download and complete this ASA Licensing form (this is a compulsory form that the club needs to keep on file)
E-mail your completed ASA Licensing Form and proof of payment to membership@helderbergharriers.co.za
Once registered, you will receive an e-mail from the club to arrange for the collection of your licence number.
