NEW MEMBER APPLICATION

 - Only persons with a domicle located within the Helderberg will be considered. This includes, Somerset West, Strand, Gordon's Bay and Macassar.

 

 - Junior members will only be accepted if a parent is a full member of the club for a period exceeding 1 year. I.e. a junior member can only join after his/her parent have renewed their application.

- ALL junior applications (new and renewal) will only be processed if the application is received and processed BEFORE 28 February. All applications received after 28 February for a Junior license will be rejected.

In certain scenarios the membership secretary can add a R413 travel charge to the application for the collection of the license at the WPA offices in Cape Town.

 - The acceptance of member application is solely up to the discretion of the club committee. There can be no expectation of membership approval.

- No new senior (adult) track and field athletes will be considered.

Membership and license fees:

Full member (with ASA license) = R180 + R190

Social member = R100

Family member - Senior (with ASA License) = R100 + R190

Family Member - Junior (with ASA License) = R 0 + R70

Junior (with ASA License) = R100 + R70
