Renew your membership
Four steps. Do them in order — the club cannot collect your licence until the last one is done.
Register on the ASA website
Go to asa.saclubs.co.zaand make sure your profile details are up to date. If you are registered at another club, request a transfer to Helderberg Harriers.
Complete the renewal form
Pay by EFT or SnapScan
SnapScan payments must add R15 to cover fees.

Download the ASA licensing form, complete it, and email it together with your proof of payment to membership@helderbergharriers.co.za. The club then arranges collection of your licence.
Who can renew
- Only active members can apply for a renewal.
- Junior renewal applications are only accepted before 28 February.
- Members who are no longer active must apply as new members. Renewal payments from people who are not eligible to renew are treated as donations.
